How I work:
I know what it feels like to struggle with perfectionism, putting others before myself, and difficulty slowing down. In my practice, I started seeing so many people struggling to validate their own struggles because on the outside they looked successful and happy, but inside they felt something was missing, and they were burnt out and exhausted. The more I heard this story from my clients, the more I realized that so many of us are feeling this way, but no one talks about it so we end up feeling like we are the only one.
I am a relational and collaborative therapist, which means I am here to understand you just as you are.Working with me feels like letting out a big sigh when you get home after a long day because you know that you can finally rest and be supported. I am empathic and curious, and listen thoughtfully to really understand what it feels like to be you. I offer compassion, reflection, and feedback to help you figure out what you need to do to feel better. I am an engaged and involved therapist who cares deeply about my clients and I am passionate about helping you find relief, grow, and create meaningful and lasting change.
